Jane Dorado, RN

Jane Dorado, RN, is a nurse at Sanctuary Family Health in Gurnee with 34 years of experience in family practice settings. She has always enjoyed that setting because it lets her get to know people and their families over time, helping them work toward their best health.

Being a good listener matters to her, and she sees her role as a resource of knowledge for patients navigating whatever comes their way. She believes strongly in people's capacity for strength and growth, and she understands that support matters when life's inevitable challenges show up. Her mother used to tell her there's something nice about every age, and Jane still holds onto that.

She and her husband are proud parents of two sons and two daughters, and grandparents to eight grandchildren.
