Mary Pat Forkin, MD

Mary Pat Forkin, known to patients as Dr. Mary Pat, is a board certified family medicine physician at Westfield Premier Physicians in Carmel. Dr. Mary Pat grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, and went on to earn an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana before completing medical school at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. Residency training led to a chief residency at St. John's Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.

For the past thirty years, Dr. Mary Pat has practiced as both a family and emergency room physician across Central Indiana. Heart disease prevention and advanced cholesterol testing are areas of particular interest, and providing compassionate, personal care to the whole family sits at the center of the practice.
