Malachi Groover, DO

Dr. Malachi Groover is a board-certified family medicine physician at Bianco Primary Care in Alpharetta, where he joined in 2025, combining preventive medicine with osteopathic manipulative treatment and a family-centered approach to care.

His interest in medicine began early, inspired by his father, a hospice and palliative care physician, and shaped further by a medical mission trip to Ethiopia at fifteen. He worked as a patient care technician and later an emergency medical scribe before earning his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Georgia Campus, and completing his family medicine residency at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Dr. Groover focuses on building strong foundations around sleep, movement, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing, using OMT to treat musculoskeletal issues by hand, and listening closely whether he is caring for adults, children, or pregnant patients. Outside the office, he spends time with his wife and children, plays drums, guitar, and ukulele, holds a black belt in Japanese martial arts, and is also an avid PC gamer.
