Dr. Steven Pritchett is a family physician at LSA Family Medicine Division (formerly Rural Family Medicine Associates) in Mascoutah. Dr. Pritchett was born and raised in Mascoutah, Illinois. He attended college at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, where he earned his BA in biology in 1993. He completed medical school in 1997 at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield. From there, Dr. Pritchett finished his medical training with SIU Family Medicine Residency at Carbondale Memorial Hospital in 2000. He also serves as a clinical assistant professor for Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. Dr. Pritchett met his wife, Joan, during residency, and they live in Mascoutah with their two sons, Alex and Nickolaus. When he isn’t working or spending time with his family, Dr. Pritchett enjoys riding motorcycles.
