Andrew Kirschner, DO

Andrew Kirschner, D.O., is a family medicine physician at Total Access Medical in Wilmington. A 1995 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed his residency at Mercy Suburban General Hospital and later taught as a clinical assistant professor at PCOM.

Kirschner has published two books on back and neck pain and speaks often on the topic. Over two decades in private practice, he built a reputation for treating patients with empathy and respect, caring for people from every background, including professional athletes in the NFL, NBA, USPTA and PGA. That experience led him to move his practice to a direct primary care model, giving patients more consistent, personal care.

A jazz and pop pianist who has performed in the United States and Europe, Kirschner is also a sci-fi fan and a certified Port wine expert working toward his sommelier certification. He lives with his wife, Donna, their three daughters, and a Shih Tzu.
