Samantha Bouchie

Dr. Samantha Bouchie is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Priority Physicians of Carmel in Carmel. A native of Vincennes, Indiana, she was a Lilly Scholar before earning her undergraduate degree at the University of Evansville and going on to medical school at Indiana University. She completed her internal medicine residency at Ascension St. Vincent in Indianapolis, where she served as chief resident in her final year.

For the past decade Bouchie has practiced traditional primary care in the Indianapolis area while also taking on leadership roles. She has stayed a lifelong learner throughout her career, leaning on evidence-based medicine and the newest research, and she has helped shape best practices for managing chronic conditions like diabetes. Open, attentive communication and a strong focus on preventive care guide how she works with patients.

At home, Bouchie and her husband, Doug, are raising three children, and she spends her free time outdoors, gardening, reading, and taking in just about any sporting event.
