Erin McDonald

Dr. Erin McDonald is a board certified family medicine and primary care sports medicine physician at Priority Physicians of Carmel in Carmel. She earned her degrees at the University of Maryland Baltimore County and the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine, then completed her residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte and a fellowship at Cone Health in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Before joining Priority Physicians, Dr. McDonald spent more than five years in primary care with Ascension Medical Group. She has said she values the team's focus on strong patient relationships, preventative care, and health education.

A cyclist and runner, she also enjoys exploring national parks and tending a flower garden. Dr. McDonald lives in Carmel with her husband, Scott, and their two daughters, and the family makes time for lake vacations together.
