Enacted 2017 (HB 17-1115), codified in Title 6, Article 23. Colorado defines DPC agreements as outside the insurance code and bars providers from discriminating against patients based on health status. Note: Colorado restricts private contracting with Medicaid patients under § 25.5-4-301.
